Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required.  MCSA: Office 365 is recommended. Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in providing IT\Desktop support.  At least One (1) year experience in troubleshooting “Entrust Datacard” CD800 & SP75 Plus ID Card Printers is recommended.  Managing End-users through centralized management solution (CA Client Automation) is recommended.  Very well experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy & Exchange Administration.  Very well experience in managing DHCP Server.  Very well experience in managing Print Server.  Very well experience in managing File Server (Network shares and permissions).
