Title: Team Leader, Corporate Banking Location: Bahrain Key Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with clients and understand their more complex needs through regular meetings to maximise client satisfaction. Manage the activities of assigned personnel in the unit and performs managerial duties and exercise financial authority at the level established by management. Drive and facilitate cross selling of the banks products including (Treasury, Investment, cash management, retail and liabilities). Ensure growth in volumes & earnings from the portfolio being handled in line with agreed business budget. Ensure overall health of the corporate portfolio. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in corporate banking preferably with International or large local banks in the GCC. Job Requirements : • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field is required. Graduate degree is a plus • Minimum 3 years’ experience with medical & or surgical background • Responsible to propose and research on developing new business lines, formulating new strategies, expanding the business portfolio in the surgical & medical business in the GCC • Responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives and supporting the business development for the company’s medical sector • Works closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally or regionally in the Surgical & Medical Business • Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities by adding new principles to open new lines which are missing from the Surgical & Medical Business portfolio i.e. areas for expansion and development • Works collaboratively with Sales Director
