You will be responsible for the effective administration of the program, required to assist the program director/lead and team in their day-to-day tasks, arrange meetings, organise ERAFs and other required documents/approvals, maintain effective RAID registers and other required documents in G-suite. The key responsibilities include: Coordinate Teams across all program workstreams (up to 14 workstreams) Examples of these workstreams would be ; procurement stream, financial analytics stream, products and technical stream, program stream, legal and regulatory stream Responsible for the risk logs, helping to put together program meetings, taking minutes, other general admin duties across multiple work stream teams. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience supporting large, complex programs Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment Systems Experience: Trello, MS Office and Google Suit.
