The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing various projects within the Global Mobility department, such as; Reviewing the current processes and policies which are in place The positioning of global mobility within the firm to ensure there is high need awareness of project assignments Ensuring legal compliance, and the awareness of the importance of legal compliance etc - setting up communication plans to achieve this, and rolling them out. Employee engagement; "Remain connected project" - making sure employees abroad stay connected through every stage of on-boarding through to repatriation.
