Job Description:
Designing and Implementing the VoIP Network components based on the Project Requirement. 2. Expert troubleshooting of Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VOIP endpoints and supporting infrastructure. 3. Conducting Voice Network assessment 4. Executing Customer Specific Proof of Concept. 5. Providing L3 Support for escalated issues in Delivery Projects 6. Expertise in various tools such as RTMT( Real Time Monitoring Tool), Cisco Prime Collaborations, HP NNMI, Solarwinds. 7. Having over 8 Years of Hands-on experience on Cisco IP PBX, Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, Switches, Routers and Conferencing (Audio, Video, Web) 8. Having over 7 years of Hands-on experience on the below Unified Communications Applications and Video conferencing devices 9. Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities 10. Prepare disaster recovery (DR) plan and demonstrate successful functioning of DR 11. Cisco Unified Communications Manager 12. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 13. Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express 14. Cisco Unified Presence 15. Cisco Emergency Responder CER 16. Cisco Meeting place, Webex meeting server, Cisco Expressway 17. Gateways: Cisco VG224, VG248, H.323 Gateway, MGCP Gateway, CUBE 18. Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator , Jabber, SIP Soft Phones 19. Cisco/Tandberg Video conferencing MCU and endpoints. 20. Expertise on Voice Over IP implementation / Migration projects
