The APR Software Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for driving our software solutions sales strategy across the region, working with the Sales teams in each geography to ensure they have the knowledge, resources and support required to drive solutions growth.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the software solutions sales strategy for the region and ensure a shared understanding of this strategy across all clusters and sales teams
- Establish go to market strategy and ambitious sales targets in each cluster, in collaboration with Cluster Sales Leaders
- Engage and develop relationships with Partners, end users and System integrators
- Lead and develop an effective pre-sales support team ensuring that they are fully equipped to enable the sales process in each cluster
- Work closely with Marketing, WW category team etc to ensure the sales teams are equipped with the appropriate technical support information, product training, sales tools, Marketing campaigns / materials to enable successful software solutions sales growth across the region
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to BA or BSc degree level or equivalent preferred
- Highly Motivated and ambitious, with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get-the-job-done" attitude
- Minimum10 years’ proven experience in direct lead and manage sales team (key account and channel manager) in the B2B market.
- Able to engage ISV's and SI's as part of our SW ecosystem.
- Ideally, will have “sell through” and “sell to” experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the ECM/Capture market is highly desirable
- Ability to forge strong relationships at all levels and across different countries/cultures
- Proven sales experience across Asia Pacific Region.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- A “self starter”, with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Must be willing and able to travel as required within the APR region
- Proven experience in leading teams, with experience in managing across different cultures and languages. Fluently in Chinese and Mandarin language.

- Experience in Software sales solutions integration.
