QA Software Tester / Web Tester – move to automation - Stoke 
You will join a growing business in Stoke during an exciting period in the company’s history! You will quickly become an integral part of the team with unlimited opportunities!! 
You will be involved in the testing of business critical web based projects, initially preparing test cases and writing test plans as well as executing tests in a manual environment, whilst learning more automation techniques. 

You must have experience with: 
- Web Testing 
- Regression Testing 
- Functional Testing 
- Performance Testing 
- Writing test plans 
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and report writing 

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise throughout the company, use your initiative to work on solo projects and be proactive in your work ethic. 

Skills & Responsibilities 

You must have a full understanding of the test process and be able to analyse requirements & support documentation to create test cases. You should be fully competent in manual testing and ideally have exposure to regression, functional and UAT testing. You will work on large scale web based systems and you should be happy to take responsibility for builds and develop test strategies working within the team. 

You will gaining involvement in the project lifecycle, following & implementing the test process & actively suggesting improvements. As the key player in the QA team you will take on extra responsibilities & gain involvement in quality strategy for QA procedure.
