Responsibilities
• Help manage online acquisition marketing budget and optimize across channels to maximize revenue and hit ROI targets for loft.com and louandgrey.com
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes
• Establish technology and resources necessary for campaign execution in partnership with Web Operations & Product team, including but not limited to product feed management and development, site tagging, reporting, etc.
• Ensure all agencies supply key weekly deliverables, including reporting and analysis on all tactics implemented
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners across all marketing channels – function as the point of contact, lead weekly check-in calls, ensure we are live across all channels with correct message and creative.
• Guide and implement the promotional and creative strategy for online marketing programs: Develop innovative marketing angles to support traffic and revenue goals for site/email/store marketing efforts
• Act as a strategic partner to brand marketing teams for all digital initiatives. Help develop strategies for key product/campaign launches, media buying and planning, creative services, campaign execution, optimization and reporting
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business preferred
• 1-2 years experience in an online marketing capacity, brand management/digital marketing experience at a fashion retailer preferred
• Strong creative & analytical thinking
• Interest in fashion/women’s apparel – the ability to “think like our client” and be a champion of our brands
• Ability to lead and motivate a growing team
• Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements and how to impact them
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to anticipate future business needs/requirements and drive ideation and innovation
• Outstanding communicator (written and verbal) and a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to develop strong relationships both cross-functionally within the organization, and with outside partners
• Ability to take analysis into action, execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
• Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Omniture & Google Analytics, or similar reporting tool
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
