Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute changes on the systems according to change management procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for daily routine IT activities such as EOD, SOD and system backups.
Deployments of Rabo build on workstations and servers as per Desktop Engineering (DTE) norms.
Vendor co-ordination for IT hardware and AMCs for IT equipment.
Providing technical support for market data systems like Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
Ensuring all technical requirements are fulfilled to maintain a DR setup.
Providing technical assistance to local IT helpdesk for handling IT incidents and service requests.
Collating information on regular basis to compile KCI (Key Control Indicators) / KPI (Key Performance Indicators) report for local systems.
Supporting Blackberry and Remote Connectivity Services (RCS).
Maintaining IT hardware inventory and undertaking annual IT fixed asset verification for Mumbai.
Supporting desktop services (e.g. Windows Active Directory, s/w installations, SCCM etc)
Supporting LAN/WAN connectivity and maintaining network infrastructure as per RI telecom standards.
Documentation of various SOP’s for IT systems.
Liaison with various support centres regionally / globally for Rabobank group applications.
Handling local data centre and related IT Infrastructure
Liaison with different competence centers of Global ITI for deploying RI global solutions and services (e.g. CCSI Active Directory, CCSI Telecom, DTE, I*NET etc)
Providing technical support for local Payment and Treasury systems like SFMS (RTGS/NEFT) and CCIL applications
Working with Local ITI for completion of various System Security and Vendor risk assessment and implement required action plans.
Knowledge and required experience:
Good knowledge of operating on WINTEL and Microsoft Active Directory platform
Good knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
Good knowledge of HP/DELL /Cisco equipment (routers, servers, desktops, laptops etc.)
Good knowledge of computer networking
Basic knowledge of IP Telephony and Verint voice recording system
Good knowledge of ITIL and Cobit Framework
5-7 years’ experience in an MNC bank
Skills:
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Strong analytical skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Cisco Certified: CCNA / CCNP
Microsoft Certification for Windows
Preferably ITIL certified.
