Developer with 4+ years exp eSolutions DocuBridge (from Lorenz) Experience working in Application Support and Maintenance projects Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Analyze and Resolve incidents, tickets and problems 2 Co-ordination with Offshore team, Client team and Business Users at Onsite 3 Analyze, design and develop minor enhancements 4 Monitor batch schedule & performance issues 5 Resolve issues/action items 6 Escalate issues to team lead 7 Track work allocation and report to team lead 8 Provide on-call support for critical and high priority incidents.
