The Role
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the team in the paraplanning construction of high quality, Super, Risk and Investment SOA's.
Working with clients at all levels, it would be ideal if you have had exposure to Superannuation, Gearing, Risk, Super and Retirement, and SMSF.
This role will require you to work as part of a team, take ownership of your role and be exceptionally well organised.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Development of strategies for new and existing clients;
- Researching client investments and products;
- Financial modelling;
- Maintain CPD points and in general keep up to date with the market
About You
To be considered for this role you will be currently either working as a Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner within a Financial Planning office for least 12 months, and have an understanding of Financial Planning strategies.
You will also need to possess the following:
- RG146 compliant with an working towards your Advanced Diploma is preferred;
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- XPlan software experience is preferred but not essential;
- High attention to detail and well organised; and
- Excellent written communication skills
