Key responsibilities
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR related issues
- Provide project leadership and actively participate in business and human resource projects
- Drive development of new HR policies and procedures as necessary to support the business.
- Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
- Coach and develop manager skills around employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other key areas.
- Participate in grievance and problem-solving processes including contract settlement discussions, mediation processes and other types of dispute resolution
- Support managers and supervisors to assist them in developing their employees through learning and development programs and other resources
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar role in a Nordic organization
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Degree level study in Human Resources or equivalent
- Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies and implement solutions
- Strong organizational, time and project skills to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Experience from a matrix organization is an advantage
