Scholarship Marketing Specialist Job in Sydney Australia

The Scholarship Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of the TAFE NSW foundation and scholarships program to support the achievement of TAFE NSW brand, lead and enrolment targets.
 
Key Accountabilities
·         Manage and implement the TAFE NSW foundation and scholarship program, including developing all scholarship framework, processes, procedures, compliance, promotion, scholarship award and fulfilment. 
·         Collaborate with marketing and campaign leads to integrate scholarship messaging into overarching annual student recruitment campaigns and execute segment specific scholarship activity through social, content, PR and nurturing programs.
·         Coordinate and build relationships with academic, legal, finance and student services teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the scholarship program.
·         Manage briefing and development of content and creative assets with internal creative resources and external agencies, to deliver relevant, high quality content and ensure the correct approvals process is undertaken.
·         Provide comprehensive analysis, reporting and evaluation on the scholarship program activity and ensure KPIs are being achieved and activity optimised to meet targets.
·         Be the brand champion and ensure all creative and messaging is aligned to TAFE NSW brand guidelines.
 
The Skills / Experience
We would welcome applicants who have gained experience in the following areas:
·         You will be degree qualified in a relevant area, with a minimum of 7 years? marketing experience, ideally in a campaign management role or similar, within a large complex business and organisation.
·         Proven experience developing an annual marketing and activity program and developing processes and procedures.
·         Extensive experience achieving lead and customer acquisition targets in a highly competitive market.
·         Extensive experience in project management and leading cross-functional project groups.
·         Extensive experience working across the whole brand and marketing mix, including input and development into marketing and brand strategy, annual marketing plans, creative and media briefing, integrated campaign development, social media, content production, SEM, SEO, website development, market research and analysis, lead generation and marketing optimisation.
·         Strong copy writing, presentation development and verbal presentation skills.
·         Extensive experience working collaboratively with and managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver business objectives and targets.
