  • 8+ years of software development experience; particularly within the healthcare industry.
  • 6+ years of experience in PEGA PRPC 6.3 & above.
  • 2+ Year of experience as a PEGA CPM 7.1, CTI/IAC will be value add.
  • 2 + years of experience in PGEA Healthcare Sales Process Manager Framework optional and value add.
  • Websphere 8.5, Oracle 11g, Java experience is value add for this positions

  • Experience in implementing, architecting and designing solutions using case management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with interacting with people from all levels and various parts of the business.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Pega system development/Support, implementing systems solutions to business problems
  • 2+ years of hands-on/technical Pega 7.1 programming experience
  • Demonstrate project management skills
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC process, Software development experience
  • Experience with Case Management, Business Services, JDE, Master Data Management.
  • Develop and enforce standards and best practices
  • Review and understand the best approach to implement requirements; communicate the same to the project team; Raise conflicts, Complications, and issues in the requirements; provide sizing estimates
  • Lead design sessions towards the successful implementation of more complex requirements; define the class structure of data and work objects
  • Mentor and oversee work of junior team members
  • Perform appropriate tasks required to initiate a project based on the version of PRPC being used (the Application Profiler/ Accelerator or Stage Configuration)
  • Oversee the proper configuration of the application security model
  • Configure complex integrations and services
  • Perform complex system configuration task; configure authentication services; oversee the Rule Set Versioning strategy and execution
  • Configure more complex HTML/JSP/Java Script components where necessary
  • Health Care business knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, logical and efficient thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, address and resolve complex business issues.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Gather business requirements, interacting with cross-functional departments to translate concepts to create a fully defined requirements process.
  • Preparation of standardized documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversees end-to-end requirements, design, build and development of all applicable workflows and capabilities from conception to implementation.
  • Analyzes and documents business requirements and ensures systems requirements and project plans are in alignment with business needs.
  • Defines business process scope and objectives as well as detailed business requirements and works with IT partners to translate into systems requirements.
  • Works through complexities associated with the coordination across multiple areas with conflicting efforts and limited resources.
  • Identify persistent problems, working with wider teams and create documentation.
  • Communicate business priorities and requirements to the technology organization for design and implementation, in order to drive effective business solutions.
  • Works with test team to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
  • Maintains effective communication with management and project teams.
  • Accountable for understanding and communicating accurate business requirements to IT partners and ensuring technical specifications accurately reflects business needs.
