This is a regional role covering North and South London, there will be car with this role along with a generous remuneration.

- Coach and provide hands on support to line mangers
- Support key stakeholders and line managers to ensure that they effectively deal with poor performance
- Work with line mangers to ensure they are fully competent and confident in dealing with ER issues
- Develop effective mechanisms to ensure Line Managers and the HR team is kept up-to-date on employment legislation
- Effectively and promptly manage long term sickness absence
- Support business with change initiatives
- Maintain simple, transparent and structured ER processes and make suggestions form improvements
- Ensure that the business is legally compliant with Employment Legislation
About You
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven experience of coaching line mangers
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Great attention to detail
