Experience Required  8+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge and experience of TAM Worked on application integration with TAM Knowledge.
 • Working experience with IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM)
• Experience should include installation, clustering, patching, backups, and other administration activities.
•  Should be experienced in policy and authorization server configurations, understand different junction types, creation, modification and deletion of junctions, creation of ACLs/POPs through WPM and pdadmin tools
• IBM Tivoli Access Manager/ ISAM administration experience
• Knowledge of various WebSeal integration methods with backend systems a must Strong understanding of TAM) concepts,
• Knowledge and understanding of LDAP and other directory technology including virtual directory (Schema, Directory Information Tree, Disaster Recovery, and backup)
• Strong understanding of SSL concepts, certification management
• Knowledge and understanding of Websphere Administrator Server (WAS)
• Knowledge and understanding of security practices as relates to TAM ISAM/WebSeal, federation, cross domain authentication, multifactor authentication and other advanced technology
• Need to have Sound Knowledge in IBM Tivoli access manager, ISAM and LDAP Servers    
• Need working experience in Tivoli access manager and LDAP servers    
• Working with business project managers to understand the design and design community to understand requirements from a technical point of view for the project  
• Technical understanding of solutions and High Level View of Middleware Components Like WAS , LDAP, etc
• Good Middleware Component knowledge. 
• Need to have good communication and written skills to work with Business stakeholders independently 
• Ability to work individually to the assigned project portfolios. 
• Experience in Identity and access management Domain knowledge    
Good To have Skills required • Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) and TDI (Tivoli Directory Integration) or similar technologies.
• Linux & UNIX skills.
• Microsoft Windows server operating systems (2008 and 2012).
• Knowledge of other SSO tools is a plus as a IBM Tivoli Access Manager
• Development and scripting skills.
