The main responsibilities will be the following:
- Assessing and processing applications, CoEs and Course Variation requests for prospective and existing APC/EU students
- Assessing application documentation and providing advice to prospective students, education agents and staff
- Issuance of Letters of Offer using TEAMS and internal systems
- Issuance of Confirmations of Enrolment using PRISMS
- Issuance of Course Variations using TEAMS, internal systems and PRISMS
The applicant must possess the following:
- Native English speaker proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills (or have completed IELTS to the level of 7.5 or equivalent in all academic modules)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner
- An eye for detail
- General administration experience
- Data entry experience
- Excellent computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access)
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and be a lateral thinker
- Enthusiastic nature and enjoys interacting with student, staff and external clients.
