Job Description:
Enhancement/Development and Support of HR Management Systems.
Enhancement/Development and support of system integrations programs and ETL tools between the different HR applications and other Bank applications.
Review and analyze system problems including system documentation and production output to identify solutions.
Coordinate with project manager, business analyst and internal customer in respect to the business requirements and engage in multiple projects phases as required such as SIT, UAT, training etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Professional Certifications - Project Management Professional training is preferred.
5-10 years’ experience in software development and out of those 4 to 6 years of Development and support experience working with Oracle HRMS/HCM.
Application/Domain experience on the HR solutions e.g. Core HR, payroll, self-services, performance management, learning management and talent management.
