A leading Marine Company is looking to hire Maintenance Engineer.
Job Location - Dubai
Job Description-
.Compile the gathered information and validate them for accuracy for senior management formulation of assignments, directives, strategies and policies.
·Responsible for ensuring that all decisions and directives from the senior management of Marine Transport Department are implemented properly.
·Report back to management on implementation progress, difficulties encountered and feasible recommendations to address problems.
·Validate established objectives of assignments are met successfully.
·Input and maintain accurate and current records of issues in the following- up process on the implementation of directives.
·Prepare regular reports as requested on actual progress and expenditure, if any, against budgeted items for all tasks and assignments.
·Ensure accurate and factual information is available to senior management, other sections within Marine Transport Department, and other relevant groups and departments for their execution of tasks and assignments.
·Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
·Enhance the KPIs to reflect on the operation, maintenance, planning, development and designing objective goals.
·Coordinate with local, international and global institute to represent marine transport products and service and participate in the competition to obtain needed awards.
·Coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication in regards to the information provided to evaluate marine transport department as part of Dubai Governments (DEGP, G4,7Stars,Dubai Model etc….).
·Follow up with the concerned personnel in the department to communicate internal audit comments and ensure closure in timely manner.
·Follow up with the concerned personnel in the department to communicate Non conformities reported by internal QHSE office and
DCP and ensure closure in timely manner.
·Follow up with all the Projects Managers regarding all the projects, reporting the latest updates to the senior management.
·Manage and follow up with all the strategic tasks giving by the senior management.
